REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees for the Asilomar Weekend (Friday 1 November dinner through Sunday 3 November lunch) include:

Two nights lodging in your choice of double-occupancy*, single, or 3 and 4 person en-suite rooms with hotel amenities

Full meals from Friday evening dinner through Sunday lunch

Wooden floors and live music for all dance classes

Welcome Dance & Social on Friday evening followed by a Ceilidh with refreshments

Saturday workshop classes with live music plus optional Ball Review or Teacher’s Choice classes

Kim McGarrity Memorial Ball Saturday evening, with refreshments

Combined Sunday morning class with all Workshop teachers and musicians
Non-dancing family or friends are encouraged to attend at a discounted rate and enjoy the Asilomar Weekend experience.
*Asilomar’s historic nature and housing procedures give us little control over the size of beds in the rooms our group is given, so, although we try to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee a particular bed size request, and couples may be placed in rooms with two beds.

We'll be accepting applications from Monday, 1 April 2024. A Deposit of $75 (US) per person is due by Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Thanks to the generosity of all of our donors, we have been able to keep our price increases to a minimum, despite Asilomar’s annual price increases to us. We strive to keep the cost down for you, and to encourage greater attendance. Our actual cost to put on the Weekend is approximately $65 higher per person than we charge. If you are in a position to comfortably afford our actual cost, please consider making a tax-deductible donation of the difference, or more. THANK YOU!
