DEPOSIT CHECKS OR PAYPAL PAYMENTS  WILL BE REFUNDED IF YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT CONFIRMED
Once your Application has been confirmed in mid-May, your $75 deposit is non-refundable. If you paid using PayPal, all PayPal shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. 
 
If, at any time, you choose not to attend the Asilomar Weekend, please let us know as soon as possible. After the balance of your Registration Fees is paid, we regret we cannot refund your money unless another dancer or applicant fills your space.
 
If you find you must cancel for any reason, and your space is filled, the following policy applies:
30 or more days before the weekend                      100% of the balance refunded
16-29 days before the weekend                                75% of the balance refunded
8-15 days before the weekend                                   50% of the balance refunded
0-7 days before the weekend                                     0% of the balance refunded
 
Participants are advised to have suitable insurance to cover any loss of fees in the event of injury, illness, or other unavoidable circumstance that prevents planned attendance.
