Dancers must have at least one year's dance experience and should be at least 16 years old. Application by dancers under 16 are encouraged and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Asilomar Committee Chair, Sheena MacQueen for details.  Persons 17 and under must be accompanied by, and room with, a parent or an authorized adult.
 

Your Application Form and deposit (US dollars only) plus any PayPal shipping/handling fee ideally should be submitted & paid for by Tuesday, April 30, 2024. You will receive your admission status in mid-May.

Step 1: Complete the Online Application Form for one or two applicants. If you plan to share a room or are traveling with more than 1 person, provide the name(s) of other person(s) to ensure that your reservations are treated together in the event that a lottery is needed. Once you have successfully submitted your online application, you'll receive an email acknowledgement of your application.

 

Step 2: Pay deposit or pay in full - use PayPal or mail a check. If you use PayPal, you'll receive an email confirmation from PayPal of your payment.

PayPal shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.  Once your place is confirmed, each $75 deposit is non-refundable.  Applications will not be accepted for anyone whose deposit is not paid in full.   If you prefer to pay with a check (US dollars only), please make your check payable to RSCDS-SF Branch and mail using regular mail to:

Mailed applications should be postmarked before Wednesday, May 1, 2024. If we incur any bank fees to accept your payment, these fees will be added to the fee payable to attend the Weekend. A $15 charge will apply to any returned checks. Applications will not be accepted for anyone whose check is returned twice.

 

In mid-July, registration packets will be sent requesting applicant details: dance experience, class choices, housing preferences, roommates, volunteering and work exchange.  Recordings or photographs may be made of sessions during the weekend for archival or non-commercial purposes, including publicity. By submitting your application, you consent to being in such recordings or photographs.
