Challenge Grant 2024

The Asilomar Committee is delighted to report that a generous, anonymous donor wants to make sure that the Asilomar Weekend remains accessible for all, for years to come. We have been given a $5000 Challenge Grant in 2024 and we need your help to make sure that we meet this goal.

 

This means that when you make any donation to the Asilomar Fund before November 1, a contribution of equal value comes from this anonymous donor effectively doubling the impact of your giving. That's right - whether you donate direct, donate in honor or memory of someone else or when your employer matches your donation from their own donation matching program, all donations received by the Asilomar Fund will be used to help us reach this $5000 Challenge Grant goal!

So, we invite new donors to give to the Asilomar Fund and encourage past and current donors to step up your giving level. For example, whether you’ve donated $25 or $100 in the past, raising your gift to $50 or $200 helps us to meet the challenge, as does a gift at any level from a new donor. Best of all, your entire donation to us will be doubled because of this matching Grant.

We know that you receive other requests for donations and we are deeply appreciative of your past support as friends and participants of the Asilomar Weekend. We hope that you will consider a new gift or an increased donation so that we can take full advantage of our generous donor’s thoughtful Challenge Grant.
