HOW TO APPLY
We have three ways to apply for the Asilomar Weekend:
1. Apply Online and pay your Deposit or pay in full (US dollars), Online, using PayPal.
2. Apply Online but post your deposit or payment in full by check in (US dollars only) to the Asilomar Registrar using regular mail.
3. Apply by mail. Download the mail-in Application Form, fill out and together with your check for $75 deposit or payment in full, mail to the Asilomar Registrar, using regular mail.
The Application Due Date is Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Once your Application has been accepted during mid-May, your $75 deposit is non-refundable. If you paid by PayPal, all PayPal shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. If the Weekend is oversubscribed, all applications received by the Due Date will be subject to a lottery. Applications received after the Due Date will be handled on a space available basis.
Registration packets will be sent out July 1, requesting applicant details: dance experience, class choices, housing preferences, roommates, volunteering, and work exchange. Payment in full, by mail or online using PayPal, along with your completed registration is due by Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Participants are advised to have suitable insurance to cover any loss of fees in the event of injury, illness, or other unavoidable circumstance that prevent planned attendance.

Your admission status (accepted or wait list) will be confirmed in mid-May. Once confirmed, your $75 (US dollars) deposit is non-refundable. Registration packets will be sent out July 1.
REGISTRATION
Your completed registration, payment (US dollars only) in full, & any PayPal handling fee must be postmarked by or submitted & paid using PayPal by Tuesday, August 12.
